At Tekly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Non Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care items or products that have been opened after delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item arrived defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

In these cases, Tekly will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
