All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Express Shipping $10
For faster delivery, customers may upgrade to Express Shipping for a flat rate of $10. Express orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tekly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
